Privacy Policy

Version 2026-06-10 · Last updated 2026-06-10

Bot Master Pros LLC ("we", "us") operates Lead List Pros. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, workspace role, preferences.
Billing data: plan, invoices, and payment tokens (card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers).
Workspace content: CRM contacts, deals, notes, tasks, uploaded documents, call recordings, emails, and AI conversations you create or import.
Lookup inputs: addresses, business names, and search parameters you enter.
BYOK credentials: encrypted third-party provider API keys you choose to connect.
Usage & device data: log files, IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, feature usage, and error diagnostics.

2. How We Use It

To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to authenticate you; to bill you; to fulfill lookups, AI analysis, and integrations you request; to communicate about your account and product updates; to prevent fraud and abuse; to comply with law; and to produce anonymized, aggregated analytics and platform intelligence that never identify you, your customers, or your records.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your workspace content with third parties for their independent marketing or advertising. Your workspace data is private to your account and is not exposed to other customers.

4. Storage & Protection

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use row-level security, least-privilege access controls, audit logging, and industry-standard hosting (cloud infrastructure in the United States). Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the Service. No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

5. Third-Party Providers (Sub-processors)

We rely on the following categories of sub-processors, each governed by its own terms and data-processing agreements:
  • Payments: Stripe
  • Cloud database, auth, and storage: Supabase
  • Hosting/CDN: Cloudflare
  • AI providers: Google (Gemini), OpenAI, Perplexity (as applicable)
  • Data providers: ATTOM, RentCast, BatchData, Apollo, SAM.gov, and similar
  • Telephony / dialer: our voice provider
  • Email delivery: Brevo (transactional email)
  • Analytics & anti-abuse: Cloudflare Turnstile and product analytics
When you connect your own provider keys (BYOK), those providers act as independent controllers of the requests you send with your key.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and limited analytics cookies to improve the product. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls.

7. Data Retention

We retain workspace and account data for as long as your account is active. On verified deletion request or account closure, we delete or de-identify your workspace data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Anonymized aggregate data is retained.

Trial-abuse prevention. Free evaluation trials are limited to one per person. When a trial is used, we store a salted, one-way cryptographic hash of your normalized email address (and, if collected, your verified phone number or payment-method fingerprint) in a restricted internal ledger. This ledger is retained after account deletion, on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and repeated trial abuse. It contains no raw email addresses, phone numbers, names, or card data, cannot be reversed back into an email address or phone number, and is never used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than checking trial eligibility. Deleting your account still removes your personal data as described above.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email Dan@homeprosdenver.com. We will verify your identity before acting on the request. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the effective version.
